My friend told me that there is a site where u can go to. You send a link to a friend over IM and their ip shows up as password and id. Then the sender can control the victims pc through the site, via ip. Anyone know the site?Is there any websites where u can control your friends pc using their ip address?

You can use teamviewer to do remote assistance with your friend. Your question seems to imply hacking but teamviewer is not so. It allows full control over the client's computer but only when they give you permission and they can revoke your rights at any time.
