I have a Sony Ericsson W580i and I can't figure out how to use the remote control function. Does ';Desktop'; mean a computer or laptop? Can I use my phone to control my laptop or TV? How?How do you use your mobile phone as a remote control?
To use your phone as a remote you need two things
a) You phone MUST have an IR transmitter
b) You must be able to enter a code which will map the keys of your phone to your device.How do you use your mobile phone as a remote control?
I suggest that you read and understand your instruction
manual on said device. This should answer all of your
questions you may have.
