I've been on the birth control patch for about 5 months now and Im just now getting mood swings. I cry all the time and get mad easily over what some people say. I really didn't have any hormonal changes in the beginning and actually this is the only thing that I have really noticed at all.Does birth control change your mood after 5 months of being on it?
Mood changes are a side effect of all birth control. Some women experience their side effects differently from others, or don't experience them at all. See your doctor if it becomes a problem for you, they have pills that will lift you right out of your swings.
