This one is really nasty, it usually includes a browser hijacker too, which is really hard to manually remove. Norton did nothing for me, in the end I went with the spyware /adware remover from http://www.ipopho.com/spyware-remover and it removed all traces on the first scan. Its better to get something like this when dealing with adware because its not like a traditional virus. Good luck!

If you really want to uninstalled the mcafee, go to control panel to “add or remove program” uninstalled your mcafee if you don’t want to see the icon, then restart you will never see the icon or try other antivirus Norton… Sometimes virus can detect in mcafee but not in Norton vice versa….
